These terms apply when you use this website. We’ve kept them short and in plain language. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
This website is run by Struence, Geneva, Switzerland. For anything in these terms, email contact@struence.com.
What this website is for
The website explains what Struence does and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement that we sign together.
Sample apps
The apps, screens, names, companies and figures shown on this website are samples, created to show the kind of work we do. They don’t describe work for a real client, and any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidental.
Our content
The text, designs, sample screens and logo on this website belong to Struence. You’re welcome to read them, link to them and quote short parts. Please don’t copy, sell or reuse them as your own without asking us first.
Using the website
Please don’t misuse the website, for example by trying to break or overload it, or by sending spam or abusive messages through our forms.
Links to other websites
We may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they contain.
No guarantees
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors and interruptions. What you read here is general information, not advice for your situation.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, Struence isn’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute about them will be decided by the courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
