FAQ
Questions, answered.
How we work, what we build, who owns it and how to get started.
Working with us
With a short call about how your operation runs today. If there’s a fit, we begin with Discover: working sessions with your team and a written scope you agree before anything is designed.
Most at the start, in a few working sessions and design reviews. After that it’s short demos and quick decisions, kept light for people with day jobs.
Yes. Building in stages means we can adjust as you learn what works, and we’ll always be clear about what a change affects.
Timothy leads every project and stays your main contact, working with a vetted team of engineers and designers.
Apps and technology
Both. Most apps we build have a web app for the office and a mobile app for the field, designed to work together.
It can. We design field apps to keep working where signal is weak: work is saved on the phone and syncs when the connection is back.
Often, yes. If your accounting, ERP, transport or job software can share data, the app can connect to it. We look at what you use before recommending anything.
Usually not. Apps run on the phones and computers your team already uses, and can work with the trackers or telematics you have, where they allow access.
Ownership and data
You do. You own the code and your data, and we stay on after launch to support the app and keep improving it.
We bring across what you have, from spreadsheets, older systems and documents, so you start with your history, not a blank screen.
You decide. Each person sees the information and tools that fit their role, and sensitive information stays with the people who need it.
We stay on to support the app, fix problems and keep improving it as your business changes. You own the code either way.
Getting started
Sometimes. If your business runs on vehicles, machines or people in the field, we’d like to hear about it.
We work remotely with teams around the world, in English.
Every app is different, so we don’t publish prices. After a first call we’ll suggest a first version and talk it through with you.
Yes. Most companies start with the one process that causes the most trouble, then add to the same app as it proves itself.
